The field of futures draws a variety of personalities from across the spectrum of careers who are curious about the next "BIG" change. Some are fresh out of undergraduate studies; others are mid-career professionals. The commonalities shared by all, however, are curiosity, openness to the possibilities and a drive to understand the complexity of the world.
